As someone just getting out on their own, I very much appreciate Robert Sims and how he explains things. He is not at all pushy and gives all information about policies. Robert gives amazing insight and never seems bothered with any questions I had. He was super willing to help in anyway he could to make me comfortable. I have never felt so secure with an insurance agent before. It was very beneficial talking to Robert as we are close in age! I can say I will 100% be coming back and asking for Robert to help me.

I was looking for auto insurance and Robert got me a quote within a few hours of my request. He talked to me on the phone and through email. He answered all my questions very quickly. I was reluctant to go with State Farm at first, but the quote was very good. I did go to the office because I do like to see whom I'm dealing with. Robert was very professional and easy to talk to. I would have given 5 stars, but Robert would have to walk on water for me to do that. He came close. Still, very happy.
